Using the information gathered we will discuss an ideal loan structure for you and then locate and short list suitable lenders and then rank them in order of who has provided you with the lowest cost of borrowing.
3. Recommendation
We will then make a recommendation of what lending products may be suitable for you and you instruct us which loan you wish to proceed with;
4. Processing
Dream Run will then complete any required loan application and negotiate the approval of the loan with the lender. We then work closely with you to get the loan settled.
